Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring?

All our guests are provided comfy bedding, clean water and food bowls, and safe toys. Some pet parents like to bring a T-shirt, towel, or pillowcase with their smell on it to remind their dog of home.

What about food?

We provide a premium dog food for a small charge, but we recommend bringing your dog’s usual food.

What will my dog be doing during the day?

Our guests enjoy a full day of fun and engagement with us. Each day starts with breakfast followed by playgroup formation. After a day of fun and playing, dinner is served before each dog settles into their cozy room for a good night’s sleep.

How do you separate play groups?

We match up our guests with friends of similar size, temperament, and play style to ensure everyone’s comfortable and having fun. Groups are supervised by staff at all times.

What about inclement weather?

All play and lodging areas at Waggers Pet Care are inside our climate-controlled facility. No matter the weather, we have a safe and comfortable environment for your dog to play and sleep.

What are your vaccination requirements?

For the health and safety of all our guests, dogs must be up to date on rabies and distemper, as well as Bordetella vaccinations and a fecal test showing negative results within 6 months. All dogs over the age of 6 months must also be spayed or neutered.
